Iraqi security forces report the capture of Abu Ayyab al-Masri, the al Qaeda leader in Iraq.

Update: The Iraqis now admit that they were mistaken. They have not captured the al Qaeda leader in Iraq.

Iran interfering in Afghanistan

Apparently, Iran has been supplying weapons to the Taliban to destabilize Afghanistan. Assistant Secretary of State Richard Boucher is now bringing this to light, and requesting our allies to contribute to the fight.
