Read the article at People here. I have had past experience with mental health situations and people and their rights. This is interesting that a constitutional lawyer is coming in to look at it as unconstitutional, liberty. As much as we want her to be ok, and I love(LOVE) her music, our laws and constitutional rights have to be taken into consideration. Upon saying that, I will say that if you are infringing on somebody’s else constitutional rights, it gets stickier. Seeing as we don’t have all the evidence, I don’t think anybody can judge Britney or smear her at this point. We don’t have all the facts. We won’t get them. I am glad to see this go to court to do what is best for everyone. Also, I read an article in In Touch magazine, February 25, 2008 and I am not sure he is an official spokesperson for the family, so I say Jason Alexander might be just an interesting read and smear.
If she is mentally ill, and can’t even make her own decisions, why should what she says not be protected and why is he violating her right to privacy. It is immoral or unethical and exploitive of any mental disease.

Fox news is reporting, courtesy of Extra, that Heather Mills has gotten 108 million in the settlement from Sir Paul McCartney. Heather Mills is talking to Extra about how hurtful reports have been about her being a gold digger, amongst other things. Fox news reports further, by Geraldo Rivera, that part of the stipulations of the settlement is for her to keep quiet. Neil Simpson has apparently written an unauthorized biography of her, called The Unsinkable Heather Mills: The Unauthorized Biography of the Great Pretender. Simpson said “it’s all true from the prostitution to the affairs…”
Is Heather Mills a Gold digger? She was married to him with a kid… does that matter? I think we need Kayne West to call this one. Maybe with some help from Jaime Foxx. That’s it, I am going get my IPOD, I gotta hear that song! Kayne is pretty cool.:)
***UPDATE: Although it was reported on the news, it seems Sir Paul and Heather haven’t come to an agreement.
According to TMZ.com, Britney is not even allowed to use the phone . To me, this situation must be pretty serious for her to have her rights stripped this way. A constitutional lawyer is trying to get involved, and we shall see. She is so pretty… I feel bad for her.
