Read the article at People here. I have had past experience with mental health situations and people and their rights. This is interesting that a constitutional lawyer is coming in to look at it as unconstitutional, liberty. As much as we want her to be ok, and I love(LOVE) her music, our laws and constitutional rights have to be taken into consideration. Upon saying that, I will say that if you are infringing on somebody’s else constitutional rights, it gets stickier. Seeing as we don’t have all the evidence, I don’t think anybody can judge Britney or smear her at this point. We don’t have all the facts. We won’t get them. I am glad to see this go to court to do what is best for everyone. Also, I read an article in In Touch magazine, February 25, 2008 and I am not sure he is an official spokesperson for the family, so I say Jason Alexander might be just an interesting read and smear.
If she is mentally ill, and can’t even make her own decisions, why should what she says not be protected and why is he violating her right to privacy. It is immoral or unethical and exploitive of any mental disease.

According to TMZ.com, Britney is not even allowed to use the phone . To me, this situation must be pretty serious for her to have her rights stripped this way. A constitutional lawyer is trying to get involved, and we shall see. She is so pretty… I feel bad for her.

People magazine is reporting that Britney Spears’ father may retain control over her past the 14th of February. Read about it here. Although, PerezHilton.com is reporting that her boyfriend Adnan was seen going for an approved visit. Wonder if she has to kick and scream to her dad, and hold her breath till she turns blue before Daddy gives in. Wow!

Here I am with more Brit Brit news. www.TMZ.com has steady streams of it. It is the woman they love to hate, or hate to love… Nobody can ever decide. Well, she is under strict supervision until Valentine’s at 1:30 PM and then if no other court proceedings happen, I guess we will see what is next for the infamous star.
I still say Britney, never take a handful of pills when somebody gives them to you. It won’t stop the pain, and especially if it isn’t a doctor or nurse. LICENSED!
This is just a shot in the dark, but does anybody else get the idea that she is being blackmailed and somebody (like her dad) is trying to help her out of that now? None of my business what it is… but somebody who isn’t allowed to talk by order of court, sure would like to tell.
I wish her well, and Kevin well with the kids, who will hopefully get to see their mom soon. He should grow up and spend family time with her and the kids… and she should put her feelings for him aside, cause he isn’t with her, and she will have to move on. I find it a shame that there was this whole divorce in the first place. It’s all about ego in the end, huh?
TMZ has the court documents by some miracle of law, or friends in high places… I don’t want to be famous, it sounds terrible. She is a girl from Louisiana, and I know something about these girls and families. Her dad may have to sit on her for a bit, but be warned, as the saying goes… don’t mess with a Cajun girl or you will get lost in a swamp and become croc food. Not saying by her family either! Yummy!
